At Dégustateurs, the wine list is not designed as a simple list of references. It brings together wines by the glass, champagnes, rare bottles, half-bottles and large formats to allow several rhythms of tasting: a spontaneous glass, a bottle to share or a more precise discovery around an appellation.
The bar is located in Croix-Rousse, in Lyon 4, a few minutes from the metro and neighbourhood car parks. The goal is simple: create a wine bar that is accessible, readable and demanding, where service helps guests choose without making tasting intimidating.
Protected by-the-glass service
Opened bottles at the bar will be protected from the first minutes, making it possible to offer more wines by the glass with consistent quality and freshness.
Food designed to accompany wine
The food & drinks menu supports tasting without taking over: sharing plates, cheeses, desserts, aperitifs, digestifs, beers, soft drinks and hot drinks.
Enomatic tasting room
A dedicated room will make it possible to taste premium wines in self-service, with a card collected at the bar and three possible pour sizes for each wine.
