Dégustateurs is a modern wine bar in the historic heart of Lyon, in Croix-Rousse. The list brings together more than 100 wines by the glass, champagnes, rare wines and carefully selected bottles for exploring wine beyond a single reference.
Here, wine by the glass is not a compromise: opened bottles are protected, glasses are selected according to grape variety, and tasting remains precise from the first pour to the last.
