Eight bottles opened in precise conditions
The Dégustateurs tasting room will host an Enomatic Unica 8R, a wine-by-the-glass system designed to preserve opened bottles and make it possible to taste premium and premium-plus wines regularly.
The principle is intentionally simple: pick up a card at the bar, credit it, then choose the wine and pour directly in the room. Each bottle can be tasted in three formats, to compare, confirm a favourite or discover a great reference without ordering the full bottle.

The room is designed to make references accessible when guests might hesitate to order them directly. You can taste a great wine, compare two styles and build your own path.
Autonomous, but still guided
The team remains available to explain how the room works, suggest a tasting progression or guide you towards the full wine list. Autonomy does not replace advice: it gives more freedom.
